Wonderful quality of bread! Their croissants are amazing, flaky, warm magic. The bread lasted quite a few days and was as delicious as when I got it. I dont know how I'm supposed quit my carb addiction when this place is 10 min away??!!! Anyways, go there, eat amazing local food.
Omg 😱 I’m in love 🥰!! I haven’t been able to eat wheat in the states for several years without pain! Here they are doing things the way they’re meant to be done. Local, organic, regenerative farming. Milling the berries in house!
Large selection of coffee drinks, they have a number of very exotic options. We tried 2, one was definitely better than the other, but always interesting to try new things. We went for lunch and they were unfortunately out of sandwiches, so we went for a cheddar and jalapeño bread loaf and it was to die for. Yes prices are high but you pay for the craft. We will definitely be back.
Somehow I don’t have any pics of their amazing pastries. Was in the area for a meeting at the nonprofit hub a block away. Pastries: epic & what a selection. Service: funny friendly & kind. Coffee: delicious & love that the iced coffee served in a compostable cup!
Awesome local bakery that soft opened today downtown. Bread, sandwiches, croissants, scones, danish, muffins, english muffins, cookies, lots of choices. Small outdoor patio with a few umbrella tables to sit at but mainly setup for to go. They also have switchback coffee available. Everything I was able to try today was amazing! Will definitely be back.
Holy cow these bakers know what’s up! I bought their garlic toum and hummus specialty focaccia bread today and have been gnawing at it like a raccoon all day. It’s been years since I’ve eaten this much bread in one day, the bake is perfect and the flavor palette is an absolute delight. Check out this establishment for all your bakery needs. I’m impressed!
Best breakfast sandwich I've ever had 😍 the pastries are perfectly baked and the coffee is good, too. If they added fresh iced tea and cold brew it would be the perfect one stop spot but until then it won't stop us from coming here as often as we can.

Did a search for a local sourdough bread bakery and decided on Provision. So glad we did!! Fantastic sourdough to go with our homemade smoked pastrami. Service was so great. They were very helpful and friendly. I had to have cheese Danish while there and it was amazing delicious! We will definitely be coming by when we come back to town!
Provision Bakery makes a killer breakfast sandwich & paired with a Cinchona maple latte you can't go wrong. Easily have 20 pics of me enjoying such thing.
